This could be good news for buyers, but like everything else, there is good and bad news. With more buyers and a lack of inventory, this will push prices higher, so it may be worthwhile starting to get your lender involved so if you are thinking of moving, or getting into your first home, get all your ducks lined up. Get pre-approved, this provides your agent with some ammunition to submit a stronger offer.
