I was out of state and was looking for a house. I kept asking Mr. Tim to go look at houses for me and drive all over Denver metro for the right house. I felt bad and kept thinking I was over working him, and he kept reassuring me that this is what he likes to do and that this is his passion in life. It made me feel a bit more comfortable asking him to do something on my behalf. Additionally, he made sure I was in the right house. There were a few houses that I loved, but he explained to me why he thinks it wasn’t the best choice for me. For example, one quick flip house I really liked, but the foundation was cracking and the windows weren’t sealed and the garage was unsafe. These are all things that I didn’t notice, however Tim noticed it and pointed out to me immediately and that definitely influenced my decision to buy these houses I thought were good. Finally, the house that I am in currently, he found for me. I honestly think it’s the perfect house for me and I am the happiest being in this house. Also, I am currently writing this because Tim has a ball and chain tied to my ankle. If you’re reading this can you please tell Tim to free me? Obviously a joke, another great, possibly the greatest thing about working with Tim is his sense of humor. He likes to make everything fun which is always nice. I’d also like to note, on the houses that we had our offers rejected, 9 times in a row, I was becoming increasingly discouraged with each rejection and Tim knew exactly how to keep my spirits high and I don’t think you will get this treatment with many other realtors.

Tim was incredibly helpful to my wife and I in the purchase of our new home! From when we first

timely in giving us solid advice. His help during the home search process, getting through
inspections, coordinating with the sellers and mortgage company, dealing with the title company
was top notch. We were treated with respect, kindness, a positive attitude and given great advice
