Hiya,
I believe that it is important to share our journey in building a custom home in Boulder County, so that I can help others go through the process, if that is what they are looking to do. Yes, I understand things such as how a foundation should be, how the permitting process works, Transferable Development credits, Net Zero etc.
My wife and I were recently asked to appear on a podcast with our builder, who built our custom home. Big shout out to the ByKrueger team for doing such an excellent job!
